Service was really fast and the driver took me to the dealership to get my car serviced and handled the entire thing and was very nice. They were awesome, highly recommend.Dispatcher pleasant and professional with excellent customer service telephone presence answered questions and provided me with information so I could coordinate and call back later to arrange tow. Second time calling later to actually schedule tow, second call taker/dispatcher was equally polite, professional and great telephone customer service presence. Driver "Joe" was pleasant, polite, and careful! Great company ambassador!Overall excellent service, and was super fast! It is no surprise my Auto service resource: Casey's Automotive in Streamwood has chosen to have a preferred relationship with this towing (all flat bed) service provider who they refer to casually as "B&K towing"! Was one of the best such experiences I have had in 40+ years of being a towing consumer.Excellent customer service the driver was more than helpful. He came out in a timely fashion and was super knowledgeable his name is joe and he is such a great guy. Super reasonable price i am super happy with this companySurprisingly great. My battery died on the highway and these guys were able to come to the location in under 30 minutes, tow my car, and take it where I needed it.Felix was my driver he did a great job. He didn't scratch my car and the operation went smooth. For a short tow from the highway, it came out to $150 which my insurance was able to reimburse. Highly recommend these guys.I was in need of assistance for a truck tow, due to a damaged wheel bearing. Customer service was phenomenal. They were able to reach me within the 30-minute window. Matt was my driver. Such an awesome guy to have a conversation with very accommodating for the whole experience. I'll definitely use them again if needed! Big shout out to Matt A++++
